So, I have come up with this idea for Thanksgiving. I’m not even really sure where it came from. Something about portion control or not having enough of the right size pan or something like that.
I am going to try making mashed potatoes in the muffin tin. 6 Sweet Potato with Marshmallow and brown sugar, 6 stuffing with mashed potato “frosting”.
My need for the savory andlove for making dessert are at war.

My five year old, after spending a week with grandparents, just informed me he thinks he should have McDonald’s for breakfast.
I explained that we were not going out for breakfast but I would be cooking a nice meal.
Him: But I want McDonald’s. Why can’t I have what I want?
Me: You can’t always get what you want. But if you try sometimes, you just might find, you get what you need.
